If for any reason you are not absolutely delighted with WEN, simply follow the return instructions below and return your products within 60 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less S&H) - even if the containers are empty!

To return your product, please follow the instructions on the back of your invoice or simply contact our Customer Care Representative at 1-800-964-1892. Please do not write "Return to sender" on the outside of your shipping box.

Complete the back portion of your invoice form and include it in the package being returned. We suggest shipping your returns via UPS or Certified Mail with a receipt of mail. Please allow 7-10 days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
